You Are What You Emit, Chloe Hatch, 2021
My work represents how humans ultimately poison themselves when we pollute the environment. I believe that the environment is crucial to the survival of humanity and when we cause mass destruction to the environment, we lose not only our only source for survival but also many valuable resources that help our society advance. I was inspired by learning how climate change is a growing problem on our planet. With my photo, I want to bring attention to this issue and how a great contributor to this problem is fossil fuels, as represented by the dinosaur in the photo.
